The Silva Method Course consists of guided exercises.  ​You first learn how to put yourself into a relaxed state. 

You then progress to simple, yet highly effective mental techniques, using visualisation, imagination, positive thinking and meditation.

Each exercise leads you to a greater awareness and ability to take control of your thoughts and mind,

which enables you to solve your problems and gain a better perspective of your life,

The Silva Foundation Course

Silva self-mind control and dynamic meditation gives you practical techniques to manifest your goals in life.

The Silva Intuition training and ESP gives you deeper techniques that develop your intuition and creativity​ physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, for you and your loved ones, enabling you to live a beautiful life of your own design

Step 1 of the course consists of the following techniques:
